The owner of Strategic Marketing, Inc. explains to Barbara Feldman the company’s cancellation policy. Strategic Marketing, Inc.’s cancellation policy states that a client must send a cancellation email at least seven days before the next billing cycle, something Barbara Feldman failed to do.

In this voice mail Barbara Feldman continues with petty name calling, insults and proclaims her dedication to her revenge campaign to “rip [Strategic Marketing, Inc.] a new one,” via the Oregon Department of Justice, the Federal Communications Commission, Ripoff Report, Facebook, contacting other Strategic Marketing, Inc. clients, etc.

During this voice mail, Barbara Feldman states that her dispute is not about the money she was out due to not cancelling Strategic Marketing, Inc.’s advertising services within the clearly stated time frame, but it was about the principal.

Description: On Tuesday, September 17 at 4:10 p.m. – Unsatisfied with the response time for her threats, Barbara Feldman called again (only 4 minutes after her previous call) to complain. Note that as if September 17, 2:49 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, due to Barbara Feldman’s irrational professional manner, the issue had been handed over to SMI’s legal department and communications on SMI’s part ceased.

Description: On Tuesday, September 17 at 5:14 p.m. – between the last recording and this one, Barbara Feldman called no less than 8 times, and then left this message complaining about SMI’s attempts to cease unnecessary communications as the issue had been handed over to the legal department. Averaging 30+ calls a day (at times multiple occurrences in a single minute) of unfounded insults and threats, SMI filed a police report regarding the harassment by Barbara Feldman.

Just wanted to drop you a line that I ran into Barbara Feldman at the vet and OMG your site is spot on. She was ballistic. I didn’t even know the site existed but I recognized her and figured I’d google her to see what she was up to.
I can’t believe what she did with SMI, i’m sorry to hear about it. I work in web hosting and know how SEO works, I know algorithms change and clients rarely understand. But I didn’t know she went that far off the deep end.
Please keep that site up, I’m going to pass it along to some others I know who remember her well.
