Pre-Client Correspondence

While being a full service digital media agency, Strategic Marketing, Inc. sees their search engine marketing services as one of their most important opportunity it offers to many small to medium businesses worldwide because of effectiveness. Strategic Marketing, Inc. first approached Barbara Feldman through a B2B (business to business) sales call.

This collection of correspondence (18 emails in total) took place in March of 2012.  It is a continuation of effort on Strategic Marketing, Inc.’s part to aid Barbara Feldman of Hamptons Interior Design in her marketing needs.

Client Correspondence

On August 15 2013, persistence finally paid off for the Strategic Marketing, Inc. marketing specialist and Barbara Feldman decided to take SMI’s offer to help market her business on the world’s most powerful search engines: Google, Bing and Yahoo!.

This commitment came after quite some time of SMI’s dedication to the products they sell and to the drive to help individuals promote and grow their businesses. These communications (21 emails in total) took place in the short time that Barbara Feldman was a client of Strategic Marketing, Inc.

Post-Client Correspondence

Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 7:42 p.m., Barbara Feldman emailed Strategic Marketing, Inc. to cancel her service. Unfortunately, Strategic Marketing, Inc.’s terms of service clearly states that cancellation requests must be received seven days before the next billing cycle, which in Barbara Feldman’s case would have been September 15 (requiring cancellation notification by 9/9).

The owner of SMI was willing to work with Barbara Feldman until her communications became volatile and irrational (60 emails in total), at which time the issue was referred to the legal department.
