Description:  On Tuesday, September 17 at 4:02 p.m. – Continuing with threats and misrepresentation of facts, Barbara Feldman called again to express her opinion of the service she received. While calls were not recorded initially, after the threats began, SMI did begin recording the incoming calls from Barbara Feldman. Additionally, voice mails are and always have been recorded.
