Description:  On Tuesday, September 17 at 5:14 p.m. – between the last recording and this one, Barbara Feldman called no less than 8 times, and then left this message complaining about SMI’s attempts to cease unnecessary communications as the issue had been handed over to the legal department. Averaging 30+ calls a day (at times multiple occurrences in a single minute) of unfounded insults and threats, SMI filed a police report regarding the harassment by Barbara Feldman.

Note that Oregon is a “One Party Consent” state which governs that “a person may not … obtain or attempt to obtain the whole or any part of a telecommunication or a radio communication to which the person is not a participant, by means of any device, contrivance, machine or apparatus, whether electrical, mechanical, manual or otherwise, unless consent is given by at least one participant.” To learn more about Oregon recording laws, see Or.
