Duration: 00:00:28
Description:  On Tuesday, September 17 at 4:10 p.m. – Unsatisfied with the response time for her threats, Barbara Feldman called again (only 4 minutes after her previous call) to complain. Note that as if September 17, 2:49 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, due to Barbara Feldman’s irrational professional manner, the issue had been handed over to SMI’s legal department and communications on SMI’s part ceased.

Note that Oregon is a “One Party Consent” state which governs that “a person may not … obtain or attempt to obtain the whole or any part of a telecommunication or a radio communication to which the person is not a participant, by means of any device, contrivance, machine or apparatus, whether electrical, mechanical, manual or otherwise, unless consent is given by at least one participant.” To learn more about Oregon recording laws, see Or. Rev. Stat. §§ 165.535, 165.540, visit OregonLaw.org for more details.
